between the third and fourth quarters of 2009, while average lease rates
declined, according to an analysis by Beau Berry of AMJ, Inc.

If the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Council of Economic Opportunity have their way, this region may some day be mentioned alongside Silicon Valley and the Research Triangle as one of the leading centers of innovation in the nation.
